1. What this covers
These terms are an agreement between you and Little Games Club ("the site", "we", "us") about your use of littlegamesclub.com and the games on it. By playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simple: do not use the site. There is nothing to cancel and no account to close.
The site is run by Dicksen, a solo developer based in Indonesia. The contact page explains how to reach him.
2. What you are being given
The games are free to play, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may:
- Play the games as often as you like, on any device you own.
- Share links to the site, the daily puzzles and your results, anywhere you like, including in videos, streams and teaching materials.
- Use the games in a classroom, a school club or a similar setting, free of charge.
You may not:
- Copy the games, or substantial parts of them, and publish or sell them as your own.
- Scrape, mirror or rehost the site in bulk, or embed it inside another product, without asking first.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site or the service it runs on, including the anonymous play counters.
- Submit content through a feedback box that is unlawful, threatening, or that contains another person's personal information.
If you want to license a game for a portal, an app, or a publication, that is very welcome — just ask using the address on the contact page rather than assuming it is forbidden.
3. Who owns what
The games, their code, their artwork, their puzzle content and the Little Games Club name belong to Dicksen. Nothing here transfers ownership to you; you are given permission to play, not a licence to redistribute.
Anything you send us — a feedback note, a correction, a suggestion for a puzzle or a word — may be used to improve the games without payment or credit. Do not send anything you want to keep exclusive or confidential.
4. Your results are stored in your browser
There are no accounts. Streaks, best scores and today's result are saved in your own browser's local storage. That means we cannot recover them: if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch device, they are gone. Please do not treat a streak as property, and do not rely on the site as a place to keep anything.
5. Accuracy of the puzzles
Puzzle content — rankings, statistics, word links, chess problems — is prepared and checked by hand before its day arrives, and every Stack Rank theme lists its source. Even so, mistakes happen, and figures change over time. Where a puzzle is wrong, the fix is a correction and, if it matters, a replacement. The games are for entertainment, not for reference, and nothing in them should be relied on for a decision that matters.
6. Availability
The site is provided as it is. There is no uptime promise, no guarantee that a particular game stays online, and no guarantee that a daily puzzle is published on any given day. Games may be changed, added or retired. The daily puzzles depend on content prepared ahead of time, and a game whose content runs out may be paused rather than left to repeat.
7. Advertising and other companies
The site is paid for by support links and by advertising. Advertisements are served by third parties, and those companies may use cookies or similar technology as described in the privacy policy, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first. We do not control which specific advertisements appear, and an advertisement appearing here is not an endorsement of the product.
8. No warranty, and limits
The games are offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost streaks, or lost time. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Children
The games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. There is no account, no chat and no user-generated content visible to other players, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
10. Which law applies, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any dispute belongs in the courts there. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms may be updated as the site changes; the date at the top is the version that applies, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
